British People Talking in the Rain

It was raining in Ketchikan, Alaska, not a drenching rain, but rain, not a light drizzle. These two British ladies were walking along talking. They stopped walking to talk. This photo was snapped from a sheltered place. It shows that British people don't need dry weather to stand around and talk. With hooded jackets they were both dressed for wet weather.
